During the Reiki I workshop your own natural ability is awakened through the Reiki Attunement. This innate ability is reinforced through practice. We will review the history & Philosophy of Reiki and the Reiki Ideals, share personal knowledge and experience and you will learn techniques for giving Reiki to your self and others.

As a teenager I was able to “see” psychically certain events and happenings that would occur for my family and friends. Other times I could “feel” family members that had died, some that I had never met before, sharing with me about their lives as well as messages that would help guide my own life. And even though all of this was certainly interesting and helpful, I was not going to share it with the rest of the world, as the world was not ready to understand nor perhaps was I. I asked that the gift be taken away.
Fast forward to my being 36 years old, my children were growing and I was a shop owner in Maine enjoying my life with my husband. But, by this time, the Divine Source had other plans for me. The gifts that I had earlier in life, were back …and more. I wisely chose to embrace what was happening. I became a seeker, and the Universe provided me with many understandings and laws of how things worked. Amazing information . . . that I knew could help many.
The tragic death of my son several years ago, reaffirmed for me that our lives continue . . . the soul is infinite. I also understand that there need not be any boundaries as to us living our lives fully and with grace. I have been taught by many . . . a medicine woman in Arizona, poets, native people, a soldier, and marvelous guides and helpers from Spirit side. I too, have become a teacher . . . a vision that I saw as a teen not knowing at the time, all that it would mean.
I still live in Maine, sharing with people all that I have learned thus far in this lifetime. I facilitate classes, programs and workshops that inspire people to live their truest life. With the psychic abilities, I am able to aid people in connecting to loved ones, answer questions that assist them upon their life’s journey, as well as helping them to heal mind, body, spirit.
This has been an unexpected journey for me and yet one that has always felt familiar. I have met so many amazing people along the way and I have been shown the wonders of this Universe. I understand that love is what remains. For all of this . . . I am grateful.

We will begin with hands on practice and review of Reiki 1 & 11, then move on to study Meditations, Moving Meditations, Crystals and the Crystal grid with Reiki. To conclude you will receive the Reiki Master Attunement and the Master symbol.
